By downloading or using the Orbital Odyssey mobile application, these terms will automatically apply to you – you should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the application.

1. Use of the Service

You are not allowed to copy or modify the application, any part of the application, or our trademarks in any way. You are not allowed to attempt to extract the source code of the application, and you also shouldn’t try to translate the application into other languages or make derivative versions.

2. In-App Purchases and Virtual Items

The application offers in-app purchases (e.g., "Remove Ads", "Supporter Pack"). These are digital licenses granted to you for use within the application and do not constitute ownership of any physical goods.

• Billing: You are responsible for all charges incurred through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
• Non-Refundable: All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by the platform provider's policies.
• Restoration: Non-consumable purchases (like Remove Ads) can be restored on new devices using the "Restore Purchases" button in the game settings, provided you are logged into the same Apple/Google account.

3. Intellectual Property

The application itself, and all the trademarks, copyright, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to it, still belong to Orbital Odyssey.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to exploit game mechanics, use third-party software to gain an unfair advantage, or attempt to disrupt the game's servers. We reserve the right to terminate access to the service for any user found in violation of these terms.

5. Limitation of Liability

Orbital Odyssey provides the application "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We accept no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, you experience as a result of relying wholly on this functionality of the application.

6. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the state of Kerala.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update our Terms and Conditions from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page.
